Hi there.

My name is Amanda Winston (formerly Amanda Lynn Meyer), pronouns she/her, and among many things, I am an actor.
Originally from central Indiana, I graduated with a theatre degree from Butler University where I cultivated an interest in unconventional theatre. As an artist I get incredibly excited working on edgy new works, fresh interpretations of the classics and getting my hands dirty devising and workshopping something totally unique in non-traditional theatres or found spaces. On camera, I hold a special place in my heart for the horror genre and character-based original storytelling. With VO, just about anything goes, from audio-drama to explainer videos. My brand is an intimidating leader and intelligent professional who can make a point with poise, the busy soccer mom trying to see the positive, and the feisty survivor with an attitude who has seen it all - I love being a #ScreamQueen in horror films and jump at the opportunity to work in the sci-fi and fantasy genres as well. |

As an actor, creator, voiceover artist, and collaborator it is my objective to sow truth and authenticity into everything I create or perform. By telling and sharing stories I provoke my audiences to listen more deeply, think a little differently, and embrace whatever it is they're feeling. Through creation and collaboration we can find new truths and experiences as we share and build community.
I'm also a huge nerd with a new hobby every few months - you may find me thrifting, drinking matcha at the bookshop, perusing the oddities shops, taking up a new craft, playing D&D, or watching horror movies with my husband and dog.
